Kathleen was an exceptional vacation advisor for my family trip to Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam. Despite my late request, she swiftly crafted a perfect itinerary tailored to traveling with my twin boys and accommodating my work schedule. We arrived in Da Nang and spent the first part of our trip touring local destinations near Hoi An. It was an incredible experience, including a bike trip, fishing trip and eating meals at what felt like locals homes with their families. We moved to Da Nang, where I had to work a few days and the hotel arrangements were crafted to allow me to work, while my boys were doing their own things without disruption.
