From start to finish, she handled every detail of our St. Thomas vacation with care, expertise, and genuine hospitality, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time away. After a day of travel, seeing a beautifully arranged wine and charcuterie board in our room was such a welcome surprise and the perfect way to begin our vacation. Included was a handwritten welcome note from Katherine, which added such a warm, personal touch and made us feel genuinely cared for before we had even settled in. She also provided fantastic excursion suggestions and helped us secure a sailing tour that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was seamless, well-organized, and exactly what we were hoping for. What truly set Katherine apart was how attentive and proactive she was throughout our stay. She checked in regularly to ensure everything was meeting, or exceeding, expectations and made sure we were fully prepared for our excursion. Her attention to detail and genuine care gave us complete peace of mind. Because of her, we were able to fully unwind and enjoy St. Thomas without worry, knowing everything had been thoughtfully taken care of. Katherine was a pleasure to book with - I gave her my budget, desired dates and location, and she did the rest. And not only that, but at check-in we were surprise upgraded by the hotel, so our room was really above and beyond.
