Kara Loveland

I worked with Kara Loveland on my travel plans for my trip to Florida. She organized places for me in the beginning with many choices for hotels. Kara broke them down with prices and accommodations, for what I was looking for. I was very impressed. with the beautiful presentation. She did all the hard work and it was easy to choose the right hotel. When I decided on the one that worked for me, Kara put the plans in motion. She sent me the all the paper work I needed to fill out and I sent it in to the hotel. Few weeks before my trip Kara checked in with me to see if I needed anything and made sure I had what I needed upon arrival. I was arriving late my first night and Kara made sure I had what I needed. I had the most relaxing vacation. I owe that to Kara for making it so special. Kara was very professional and I would have her plan all my trips in the future!

Kara went above and beyond! Checked in timely to make sure we had everything we needed and even left us a little unexpected surprise in our room at check in! I will be booking future trips w Kara and recommend others do as well.
