My Story
I have always had a dream to travel. At age seven, I found a passport wallet in a store and told my mom that this wallet would hold my passport & take me around the world one day. That passport wallet went with me on my first international trip at age 19 and continued with me to 20 countries by age 30. The majority of my travel expertise currently resides in Asia. I lived in South Korea for 3 years and have spent considerable time in China (including all Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan), Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand & Singapore. Domestically, I have lived in Texas, Louisiana & Wyoming. I would love to help you plan a trip to New Orleans, Austin, San Antonio, Yellowstone National Park or anywhere in between! I also have experience with various cruise lines (special shoutout to Virgin Voyages!) and other international destinations, notably Israel & Europe.
My Travel Style
Mark Twain once stated, “Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.” I believe wholeheartedly in the anonymous quote, "Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer." My passion is to help remove any barriers to travel that I can. Through my work, I hope to shift the mindset from exclusively luxe travel to travel as an investment, as travel makes us all more empathetic, well-rounded and interesting people. As Oliver Wendell Holmes once said, "Man's mind, stretched to a new idea, never goes back to its original dimension." I pride myself in booking culturally immersive trips that focus on unique experiences and a greater appreciation for people, food, culture and language. I'm thrilled to use my experiences to now help others turn travel dreams into packed bags!
