Julia is a life saver. She not only facilitated hotel transfer to and from the resort but even went the extra mile to help coordinate activities while on the resort. She confirmed all details before arrival and made sure we were completely taken care of. She was tireless in making sure that every detail was confirmed and our experience would not have been the same without her. Her communication was excellent and we are so grateful for her support.

We have traveled all over the world and we were surprised how tricky a trip to Japan can become. Julia has been an absolute joy to work and schedule with. Incredibly attentive and responsive. We had a bit of a hiccup with our original dates that were out of Julia’s control and yet she was there every step of the way with us to rebook and replan. I don’t think our honeymoon would have been so easy flowing and remarkable if it wasn’t for Julia’s help in it all. We definitely will be utilizing her help on our next big trip!
