I visited during Feria de Abril, a great time to visit, when the city bursts into color, music, and tradition—an experience that felt like stepping into a live painting. Each night we went out to "tapeando," hopping from one tapas bar to another, savoring the flavors of Andalusia like locals. My favorite was a great little corner bar called Los Hijos de E. Morales. Between flamenco at Baraka Sala and strolling through the neighborhood of La Judería, Seville offered a soulful blend of history, artistry, and joy that left a lasting imprint.
