I can't say enough good things about working with Jordyn Tilley. She guided us through every stage of planning our trip to Florence, and the experience exceeded our expectations.
Since we planned to rent a car, Jordyn recommended FH55 Hotel Grand Mediterraneo because of its convenient location, excellent amenities and outstanding reviews. It turned out to be the perfect choice and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
Throughout the planning process, Jordyn asked thoughtful questions to understand our travel style, helped us navigate the train system, and presented several hotel options so we could make the best decision. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
With Jordyn's recommendation, we booked a junior suite with a double bathroom, beautiful high ceilings, and a complimentary pillow menu for our bed! After check-in were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a personal note from Jordyn welcoming us to Florence, which we enjoyed on our private patio before our dinner reservation, also made & recommended by Jordyn. All I can say is, wow!
The whole experience was exceptional and we can't wait to plan our next trip with Jordyn.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jordyn Tilley for our trip to Rome. From the very beginning, every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We never felt like just another client; we felt like Jordyn genuinely wanted us to have an unforgettable vacation, and thanks to her guidance, we did!
The charming boutique hotel that she selected for us in Rome was ideally located and provided the perfect blend of comfort, character and walkability. This allowed us to fully enjoy Rome's history, culture, food and beauty. We can't wait to book our next vacation with Jordyn!!
