We reached out to Jessica with a small list of criteria for a getaway for my husband and I and our almost three-year-old. She sent a list of curated options just for us, and we wound up going to a city and region we’ve never vacationed in before staying at a hotel we probably wouldn’t have found on our own and having exactly the experience we asked her for. She absolutely nailed it. She was even checking the weather for us and sending alternatives in case we wanted / needed to pivot. Jessica was wonderful and timely, always on top of whatever we needed. We especially loved the gift of sparkling water and the variety of chocolate covered cherries from Washington waiting for us in the room. The room service breakfast that was provided as part of Jessica’s service was luxurious, fresh, and tasty. We felt extra special. Thanks for everything. Honestly, our first trip to Ocean House that we booked WITHOUT Jessica's help last year was a little questionable. The experience definitely didn't feel "5-star" and we were a little frustrated with the service we got for the price point we paid. The property is so stunning and we needed somewhere within driving distance to my husband's 90yr old grandparents so we decided to try it one more time. This time, we recruited Jessica to help us book, and our experience was night and day. The attention-to-detail, the readiness of our rooms early, the top-notch service. Everything was what we had expected the first time we went. Booking through Jessica definitely made a gigantic difference. Not to mention we essentially got a free night's stay with all of the amazing perks she hooked us up with. We came in this time assuming it would be our last time going to Ocean House, and we came out already texted Jessica to book us again for next year. 5 stars for Ocean House, and 10 stars for Ocean House w/Jessica!
