Jessica was incredible. She had so so so many ideas for our trip before we chose Isla Mujeres. She listened to all of our needs and wants and helped us land on the most perfect destination for our family's budget, time and wishes! When we had a hiccup with a delayed flight and our ride was not accommodating the delay - Jessica stepped in in a huge way and helped us out by contacting the company and driver. It was a big pain for all involved, but in the end, we had our prescheduled ride from the airport and didn't have to pay double and deal with finding a new ride. I will be working with Jessica again for our next adventure!

We reached out to Jessica with a small list of criteria for a getaway for my husband and I and our almost three-year-old.
