I can’t express in words how great Jessica was to work with. She communicated well, had good recommendations, and was very thorough. This was my first trip to Italy, and Jessica helped us navigate traveling to different cities and suggested tours. She made my family vacation memorable.

The entire trip was so special and upscale because of working with Jessica. It was worth every penny, and honestly, probably a lot more. Jessica gave such fantastic recommendations on the hotels and the timing that I would not have picked on my own at all. Every tour and experience went so smoothly because Jessica set it up and had references, and I’m sure that would not have been the same if I had tried to wing it. She was so responsive, communicative, and always helped us find a solution for any very minor hiccup that came up. It was so reassuring to know that we had a vetted plan and vetted experiences, and that our job was just to enjoy. I appreciate how hard Jessica worked on this so much, and I can truly say it was beyond what I dreamed of. Every framed picture in our room, every letter upon check-in, was so thoughtful and exactly what I pictured for that “honeymoon experience.” I thank her so much for those considerate details; they elevated the trip into the luxury vacation I’d hoped for. And I saved all of them, so I have a framed reminder of the lovely start to our marriage. It still feels like a dream, and I feel so incredibly lucky we got to start our married life together. The only downside is that we’re completely ruined for every other trip; nothing will ever live up to that one. But working with Jessica will be beyond mandatory for our next vacation; it was worth it, and then some. Paul’s already talking Italy next summer, although Switzerland is calling my name?

This trip was extra special as it was planned for our son birthday, and she made sure every detail was perfect for him. From planning each dinner to organizing daily activities, Jessica took care of everything. Our son had an unforgettable time at the waterpark, and we spent so many days lounging on the beautiful beaches and enjoying the gorgeous hotel.
