Everything went well until our pickup for the airport. The young driver was not familiar with Pier 91 or how to enter the pickup area. He did not speak any English, and we had trouble explaining anything to him. As a result, we were really pushed to reach our flight gate on time.

Prior to the cruise, he was available to answer any and all questions that we had regarding the cruise itself, excursions, and ship entertainment.
