Jennifer made our entire Phuket trip feel effortless. She didn’t just book us into The Surin—she curated the whole experience around it. From airport transfers to timing our arrival so we could actually enjoy the property on day one, every detail was thought through and handled for us.
She also arranged incredible excursions that fit exactly what we were looking for: relaxing, beautiful, and well-organized without feeling touristy or chaotic. Everything from pickup times to boat logistics was smooth and stress-free, and we always felt safe, informed, and taken care of.
What I appreciated most was how calm, responsive, and genuinely caring Jennifer was throughout the process. If we had a question, she was there. If we needed to tweak a plan, she had a solution. Because of her, we were able to just show up, breathe, and enjoy every moment at The Surin and beyond.

Our trip to Siem Reap was absolutely flawless thanks to the incredible planning and support we received from Jennifer. Booking the Park Hyatt Siem Reap through her was effortless—every detail was handled, every question answered, and we ended up with the perfect room in the perfect location.
But what truly made this trip unforgettable was Jennifer’s connection to Sam, the top local guide in Siem Reap. He made our entire stay seamless—from airport pickup to full-day temple tours that were thoughtful, personalized, and perfectly paced. Sam knew exactly how to avoid the crowds, the best times to visit each temple, and the hidden corners most tourists never see. His knowledge, kindness, and ability to read what we needed in the moment completely transformed our experience.
Having this level of support—both from Jennifer and from Sam—allowed us to relax and just enjoy every moment. The logistics disappeared, and all we had to do was take in the beauty of Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon, and beyond.

Jennifer was incredible to work with on our Hanoi trip. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made every detail feel easy and seamless. From the room selection to the insider tips and the must-do bunker tour, she thought of things we never would have known to ask for.
What I appreciated most was how personal she made the experience—quick responses, thoughtful suggestions, and a genuine sense that she cared about us having a special trip. Everything she arranged was perfect, and the whole stay felt elevated because of her guidance.
I wouldn’t plan a trip to Hanoi without her!
