My Travel Style
I've never met a food tour I didn't love. Connecting within the community by way of food and history is one of my favorite vacation activities. I enjoy finding behind-the-scenes tours or ways to see the destination in a unique way. I have teenagers, so I know the importance of balancing the entertainment factor with enough downtime so everyone can recharge.
Ask me about the way we met relatives in County Clare, Ireland!

Jennifer was wonderful, she was a trooper gathering quotes for different resorts, flights, dates, etc, even when we had our mind made up on Jamaica & pivoted to the Domican Republic just when we were about to put the deposit down on the Jamaica booking. She was attentive to all our wants/needs & quick to respond with answers to our questions. This was our first trip out of the country as a family, and Jennifer made this experience completely seamless and took the stress off of myself when it came to planning and booking. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a fabulous vacation.

Jennifer was so helpful in identifying options that would work within the guidance I gave her. If she wouldn't have presented the Hotel Indigo to us (which perfectly fit our budget and requirements), we may not have pursued Grand Cayman. It turned out to be an amazing vacation and we would likely go back.

Fiji is for Families: The Ultimate Family Beach Vacation
When you think of Fiji, you might think of it as being a romantic honeymoon destination. This is very accurate, however, we were delighted to discover that Fiji is a great family-friendly destination as well. The warm hospitality, natural beauty, and barefoot luxury of the islands make for the perfect family getaway.

Multigen Ireland in a Week: A Self-Drive Itinerary
We decided for our 20th wedding anniversary to return to Ireland, but celebrate it with our kids and parents. Because we were traveling with a multigenerational group, we decided moving around every other day from hotel to hotel like we did 20 years ago was not practical. For this trip, we opted to do day trips from hotels in two regions. Traveling during the week of Thanksgiving meant chilly weather, but the trade-off was fewer crowds than in the summer months.

Perfect Family Getaway: Tauck Bridges’ All-Inclusive Alpine Adventure
For our first trip to Europe as a family of four (parents and teenagers age 13&16) we wanted the best of both worlds: To enjoy time as a family with self-paced days to ourselves, but also touring with a group so we could enjoy someone else being the tour director. We did not want to rent a car, another benefit of traveling with a group. With Tauck, not only did they have exciting activities, we had some really incredible behind-the-scenes experiences. The hotels on our Tauck tour were all five-star luxury accommodations. This is certainly a highlight of booking with Tauck.
I consider my family social and we enjoy meeting new people. A highlight was connecting with the other members of the group. It was admittedly a surprise bonus part of traveling with a Tauck, built-in friends for our kids!
We decided to extend our stay on the front and back end of the tour to make the most of our time in Europe. In total, we were gone for 15 days. The Tauck tour was eight days in the middle. Tauck's land tours are known for their small group sizes, which average 15–24 guests, and are designed to allow travelers to experience destinations up close. Tauck is all-inclusive. Meaning your meals, excursions, accommodations, transportation and tips are all included.

Embarking on a post-Christmas adventure, our family of four ventured to the electric heart of America: New York City! From exploring iconic landmarks like Times Square and the Statue of Liberty to catching our very first Broadway show, our itinerary was a whirlwind of excitement and bonding moments. New York City will forever hold a special place in our hearts, where we created unforgettable memories as a family, in the city that never sleeps.

Couples Weekend Getaway to Las Vegas for a Concert at the Sphere
The Sphere, the newest venue addition to Sin City, is nothing short of a futuristic sensory experience. We traveled to Las Vegas to see U2 on the last night of their Sphere residency for a birthday celebration and loved it! You can check concert lineups on their website.
