I wish I could give Jenn extra stars. This was a last minute trip on a holiday weekend, and everything was booked. I’ve never used a travel advisor before and couldn’t be more pleased with the ease in which Jenn was able to plan and accommodate my requests. I told her I wanted good hiking, free breakfast, and luxury accommodations in the mountains. Jenn immediately found me many options. Even better, she was able to get me a better price and a spa credit. Upon my arrival I was mistakenly given the wrong room. Jenn immediately contacted them and they upgraded me to a suite. She made sure that they gave me the complimentary breakfast and spa credit too. She was able to do this all before I even entered the lobby. Thank you for the perks and white glove travel service. Hoping Jenn will be available for all my future travels.
