From boutique to luxury hotels, you will find me in one of them wherever I travel. I love to fill my day exploring and immersing in the culture followed by a glass of wine and exceptional cuisine.

Jenna takes time to get to know her clients. She listens, and develops an understanding of wants and what amenities are important to us. Her suggestions have always reflected her understanding of us. If she doesn’t have an answer for questions asked, she will take the time to research the answer for her clients. Jenna is also patient with the endless questions we have, double checking for price drops, and even being there to talk us through an airline problem. I would give her 10 stars if it was possible.

Jenna was nothing shy of perfect. She went above and beyond every step of the way - from the moment I reached out to begin discussing this trip, through getting home at the end of the vacation, Jenna was in constant contact and on top of every detail. Despite a time difference, Jenna was responsive and made sure we were comfortable and happy at every one of our stops along the way. Our experience with Jenna represents the apex of customer service, where diligence, care, and expertise meet to curate an unforgettable experience!!

Asheville is the perfect destination whether you're looking for a couple's romantic getaway, a family trip, or something in between. It really lights up in the holidays, especially with The Biltmore. The Biltmore during Christmas is worth the trip alone - it is so magical. Next to The Biltmore is Biltmore village with a very walkable part of the town featuring great shops and restaurants. Downtown Asheville has even more restaurants and shops to offer. Don't forget to check out some of the Asheville-based breweries before leaving.
