Hillary did a phenomenal job for us while planning this trip. She outlined all of our options and let us ultimately make our own informed choice. She's a pleasure to work with—professional, friendly, helped us navigate travel to another country. Will be using her services again soon!

Hillary was an excellent resource in booking this hotel for us! I had originally had my heart set on a Disney-property hotel and had not considered Disney-partner hotels so when Hillary did some research for me and send comparisons between a few options (that included on-property, partner, and off-property), it was so easy to see the clear price difference, and allowed me to better compare the amenities I would be getting on-property vs with a partner hotel. Once I was able to see that clearly, with Hillary's help, I was able to make an informed decision about how much the on-property amenities really may have added to my stay. We determined that the majority of the amenities would not have applied to my stay or presented only a nominal benefit, so the cost-savings of being at a partner hotel suddenly made so much sense. She also coordinated with the front desk to let them know we would be arriving early and they were able to accommodate an early check in for us, which was so appreciated. Thank you, Hillary, for connecting us with a wonderful accommodation that fit our needs perfectly!

Incredible. Hillary worked with me to check availability, since we booked last minute we were looking at several different properties that had fluctuating availability, some of which I could see on public-facing sites, but some she could only see as a travel advisor. She was wonderful to work with to determine the best accommodations that balanced availability, location, amenities we were hoping for, and of course price. Hillary is so knowledgable, about Paris yes of course, but also travel in general, so she brought up questions and considerations that hadn't crossed my mind, and were critical in helping guide us in our planning. Communication, overall, was top-notch and ultimately we could not have been happier with our lodging experience in Paris. Would 100% work with Hillary again to book our next vacation, she's the best!!
