Heather was excellent! I made a request for hotel recommendations in Venice. She came back with 5 that were so well aligned with our interests and location desire that it was very hard to choose. She provided great details on each to help us narrow it down as well as overall recommendations in Venice. We loved working with her as she made this so easy!
