McKenzie was an absolute lifesaver when we unexpectedly missed our flight in Boston and had to stay an extra night. Despite the extremely last-minute notice, she quickly found and booked both a hotel and a rental car for us, taking so much stress out of an already chaotic situation. She was beyond helpful! We were in the middle of planning a wedding and building a house all within 5 months and trying to go on a honeymoon-so there were so many decisions going on and she took so much weight off of us by being able to help us with every detail of the honeymoon. We originally didn’t have a specific location we wanted to go, so as she got to know what we were looking for she was able to give us options she thought would fit us best. She went above and beyond, was so detailed and organized, she stayed on top of communication. We really just packed and showed up and she had all the details worked out. The app had everything you needed when it comes to your trip in one place so that was very helpful! We were able to experience such a relaxing peaceful honeymoon because of her doing so much of the work and us not having to worry about any of it!

Her expertise and thoughtful planning allowed us to see everything we hoped to see while making the most of our time in each destination.

She was so quick to get me the booking I needed at the very last minute! I was overwhelmed with the hotel options in downtown Nashville, and she came up with a quick list I could pick from for what I wanted and was looking for - and booking was so easy!
