Hannah Breckner

Working with Hannah on our recent work trip was nothing but ease. The second we agreed on the hotel it was booked and an email confirmation was sent ( with some wonderful added extras!) Hannah made sure all the details were covered, taxis were booked and restaurant suggestions made & subsequently booked within the same day! It was such a joy working with her and I cannot wait to book my next trip with her. I also loved her suggestions too, she fully understood all my needs and I loved her passion and energy.

Booking with Hannah was a pleasure from start to finish. I asked her to find me a competitive rate at The Oberoi as this was my desired hotel and she went out of her way to ensure she achieved this. She communicated well with me throughout and ensured everything ran smoothly the whole trip. We were met at the airport by a private transfer that Hannah arranged and then on arrival at our room there were balloons and champagne that was arranged for my birthday along with some other lovely little touches. Hannah followed up to make sure all was okay. I will definitely be using her for our next trip.

Our trip to Mexico City was incredible - in large part due to Hannah's stellar service in planning our trip. She worked closely with us to come up with a plan, was faithful to our budget, and then made sure every detail was thought through. She found us the perfect hotel, she designed an itinerary that was filled with just the right amount of activity, and ensured that every last detail was taken care of, from finding the right local guides and transport, booking our tickets, making restaurant reservations, to even making sure we would wake up on time for our early hot air balloon ride! We really cannot thank Hannah enough for going way beyond expectations and ensuring that our trip went off without a hitch. Thank you Hannah for a truly unforgettable experience!

Hannah was so helpful from the start - sending over various hotel options for our corporate trip based on our brief. She liaised with the hotel on our behalf to book a large number of bedroom and kept in regular touch with us about the booking. She sorted all financials too for us so it was very hassle-free!
