Hailey is a fantastic travel advisor. She consistently works to understand my needs and goes over and above to deliver meaningful travel experiences. I appreciate how she identifies the things that matter most to me and ensures my bookings deliver on them. She's also incredibly responsive - when I dealt with cascading delays and cancellations, she was proactive in identifying alternative itineraries to meet my travel expectations. I cannot recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a highly competent, detail-oriented, and creative travel advisor!

Hailey recommended Casa Tara and it really felt like a hidden gem. Most guests were locals, so it felt off the beaten path—a great find few people know about. We had a small hiccup at the start of our stay, and she contacted the property right away to fix it. She’s very responsive and easy to work with.

We can’t recommend Hailey enough! We gave her our budget and a rough idea of the trip we wanted, and she made it happen. She planned our dream Baja Sur getaway with incredible attention to detail, securing us amazing perks like early check-ins and late check-outs, which were a lifesaver on a road trip. After long drives, being able to settle in right away made such a difference. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and we felt truly taken care of. If you want a stress-free, unforgettable trip, Hailey is your person.

Hailey was such a pleasure to book with. I didn’t know anything about New York so telling her what I wanted then having her provide options to pick from was so helpful. The Frederick ended up being the perfect location, great vibes and central with good spots to walk too. When I arrived they upgraded my room and I found a handwritten welcome note with some goodies inside. Then when I messed up my booking and needed an extra night, Hailey promptly adjusted my booking for me and the hotel let me stay in the same room which was convenient.
