Hailey is a fantastic travel advisor. She consistently works to understand my needs and goes over and above to deliver meaningful travel experiences. I appreciate how she identifies the things that matter most to me and ensures my bookings deliver on them. She's also incredibly responsive - when I dealt with cascading delays and cancellations, she was proactive in identifying alternative itineraries to meet my travel expectations. Hailey recommended Casa Tara and it really felt like a hidden gem. Most guests were locals, so it felt off the beaten path—a great find few people know about. We had a small hiccup at the start of our stay, and she contacted the property right away to fix it. She’s very responsive and easy to work with.

We can’t recommend Hailey enough! We gave her our budget and a rough idea of the trip we wanted, and she made it happen. She planned our dream Baja Sur getaway with incredible attention to detail, securing us amazing perks like early check-ins and late check-outs, which were a lifesaver on a road trip.
