Wow!! Gillian made my dream vacation come true!! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted for my milestone birthday celebration. She worked with me from the very beginning, helping me choose a destination then carefully planning our stay, activities and transportation then providing a detailed itinerary for myself and my guests. When I arrived at the hotel I was extremely pleased with how the hotel matched exactly what I had requested in the very beginning. I am so happy with all of the work Gillian put into my celebration. It’s the most memorable birthday celebration I’ve ever had. Gillian went above and beyond for myself and my guests. I cannot be more grateful for her services. I would highly recommend Gillian’s services and will be contacting her for my next destination celebration.

Gillian was very helpful in getting me joining cabins for my family and me. She also made sure my cabin was near an elevator, as I am a senior citizen and Oasis is a big ship. That helped me a great deal. She went over different choices of cabins, times for dinner, and asked if there was any special requests. Everything was perfect. She did an excellent job of making sure my vacation was perfect. I would certainly have her plan my next vacation.

Gillian Fawcett is always a pleasure; her knowledge is second to none. She truly cares about our experience, and it shows; she checks in to make sure we landed safely and at our destination.
