Kenya and its neighboring countries is a fantastic destination to spark your adventure side and expand explorations to what East Africa has to offer. A diverse region, you can be at the beach, see the circle of life and immerse yourself into other diverse African cultures in other cities. This guide will take you outside of Nairobi into Diani Beach, Mombassa, Malindhi and Lamu. In general, Kenya has a lot more to offer outside of Nairobi that I would love to guide you through this experience that will connect you to the bush.

Cartagena, Colombia is known for its diverse landscapes and culturally rich heritage where art, music and theater mix. Explore and connect through the cultural experiences, hiking, dancing and raucous nightlife. With a diverse region, you can venture out to multiple close cities and catch boat rides to submerge yourself in the crystal blue waters.

Seoul will bring you some feel good soul in additional to some K-pop from great food and unique cafe spots. Korea is a diverse region that brings thrift, business and music together. I had a change to snag some vintage vinyl, catch a Syd concert and jam to great live music.

One of my favorite birthday getaways before heading to Tokyo was Singapore, which is the most underrated country that displays beautiful greenery in the middle of the city with an array of cultural cuisines and luxury places to explore. Singapore is a fantastic region for foodies and high end travel that has great building high tech architecture and various districts for shopping and local food. Oh, and did I mention to brunch and then head to an avatar botanical garden experience.
