Erica planned our vacation seamlessly, clearly outlining our choices and helping us decide on the best fit for us. Six of us were traveling, with 2 of us needing some accessibility accommodations, and some of us had dietary needs to consider. Erica helped us settle on Excellence Playa Mujeres, which absolutely came through on all levels. Erica communicated with us from the beginning, making sure we had our travel documents in order, reminding us of our final payment, and providing suggestions for packing. She checked on us during our trip to make sure we had everything that we needed. We will use her again and again for upcoming travel, and would gladly recommend her services to our friends.

Erica was incredibly responsive and helpful. She basically made our entire itinerary and it was incredibly seamless.
