My Story
I began my career in a petroleum refinery, where execution mattered and failure wasn’t an option. That early experience shaped an exploratory journey through engineering and life sciences leadership, and now into experience design.
Travel Style
My approach to corporate travel is disciplined and intentional, centered on curating incentive trips, meetings, and retreats for life science teams. I focus on experiences that balance thoughtful design with real business needs, helping teams connect and move forward with clarity. The result is an experience that feels purposeful, relevant, and useful well beyond the trip itself.

Palm Springs Site Visit: Ace Hotel & Swim Club for Team Retreats
I visited Ace Hotel & Swim Club, Palm Springs specifically to experience it through the lens of a team retreat—to see how it supports connection, creativity, and shared momentum. What I found was a place where conversation flows easily and formality quietly falls away. Set in the desert and grounded in music, design, and community, Ace feels less like a resort and more like a gathering space for ideas. It’s the kind of setting where teams don’t just meet—they actually connect.

Scottsdale & Sedona Itinerary: A Desert Reset Incentive Experience
I visited Scottsdale and Sedona in December to explore resorts and experiences well suited for corporate incentive travel—places that reward performance while encouraging reflection, connection, and reset. This itinerary is designed for incentive groups who value meaning, perspective, and intentional celebration over spectacle. The flow of the journey is deliberate, allowing recognition moments and shared experiences to unfold naturally. The result is a balanced experience that pairs a design-forward desert retreat with Sedona’s grounding natural beauty—ideal for teams who give a lot and deserve something thoughtfully curated in return.
