Emily found us this great lodging and took care of everything! She did a great job anticipating what we needed in our accommodations and made the experience seamless. We almost had to cancel, which can be stressful, but Emily was supportive and helpful throughout the entire experience. Emily is an amazing travel agent, she really took the time to evaluate which dates would be least expensive me since I was a bit flexible, and confirming which hotel fulfilled everything on my “wishlist.” I appreciate her friendliness and helpfulness. She is very knowledgeable and makes the process of booking a hotel so enjoyable. Booking with her also brings extra perks that you wouldn’t otherwise get like dining credits.
