Emily is the best travel agent I’ve ever been associated with. She is caring and finds out everything. She can tell us prior to leaving for our vacation with regards to how we can have a great time. Her relationship with the Hotel seems to be wonderful and gave us a big surprise, an upgrade. Would not go anywhere in the world without going through Emily.

Emily went above and beyond to make this a special weekend for us — our first time away as a couple in two years! From the upgraded room to the cheese board and bottle of wine that were waiting for us when we got in from the pool, Emily made sure that every aspect of our trip was lovely. The early check-in and late check-out was incredible; it made a two-night trip feel like three full days. Thank you, Emily, for making this such a memorable weekend for us!
