In May 2026, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Costa Rica to tour 10 different properties and spend the week learning all about this beautiful and diverse destination. As a mom of two, I’m always especially interested in finding hotels and resorts that truly work well for families—places that feel both kid-friendly and enjoyable for parents, too. I was so impressed by how many incredible family-friendly options Costa Rica has to offer, from adventure-filled jungle resorts to relaxing beachfront properties. My cousin attended St. Andrews for college, and when she graduated a few years ago, we celebrated with an epic road trip across Scotland—truly a trip of a lifetime filled with memories I’ll cherish forever. Scotland is so much more than just Edinburgh; every region has its own magic. Get out, explore, and soak up the incredible scenery and culture—you won’t regret it.

Norway has long been at the top of my travel bucket list, and experiencing it aboard the Celebrity Apex made it even more unforgettable. From dramatic fjords to charming coastal towns, this cruise showcased the very best of Norway’s natural beauty and rich culture. We explored three incredible Norwegian destinations, each with its own unique character, and also had the chance to spend time in the enchanting city of Bruges. Every moment of this journey felt truly special—this was one of those trips where you’re just completely present, soaking it all in. I loved every minute.

The Cotswolds hold a special place in my heart, largely because we have family in nearby Bath. Over the years, our visits have centered around spending time with them, which meant we often skipped the more traditional sightseeing. This trip was different—our family happened to be in the States while we were in Bath, giving us the perfect opportunity to explore the area more deeply. It felt like seeing the region with fresh eyes, uncovering charming villages and scenic corners we’d never experienced on previous visits.

Iceland is one of those places that you visit that is unlike any other. The pure beauty that surrounds you everywhere is something that is so special. The landscape is so unique that it makes you feel like you are on another planet! A road trip here is a must. You just can’t understand the beauty of Iceland if you never leave Reykjavik. I’m excited to share my journey with you.

Usually, I don’t love going to the same place more than once, but I have been going to New Orleans since I was a child and just can’t get enough of it. The culture, the food and the entertainment just can’t be beat! I look forward to sharing all of my favorites with you.

The Jungfrau region is Switzerland is arguably one of the prettiest places in the world. It is definitely at the top of my list. The natural beauty of this region is unparalleled and there is something to do for all ages.

The Hill Country region of Texas is so special. Being a native Houstonian, it is somewhere that I've been going my whole life. Its scenery is beautiful and the area is full of activities. From wineries, to amusement parks, to family-friendly resorts, there is something for the whole family. There are also many small towns in the area, each with their own unique identity. It's a great getaway where you will never run out of things to do or places to explore.

Alsace is such a special region. It’s located in France on the German border, so many of the towns have a mix of French and German culture and architecture. They are some of the most charming towns I have ever been to and I can’t wait for you to experience it yourself.

Ireland is one of those countries that makes you want to come back again and again. The culture and natural beauty of the country make it the perfect place for a road trip. From the epic views to kissing the Blarney Stone, you will never run out of things to do and see.
