Ella was very efficient in finding appropriate accommodation for our group of three including two adults and a teenager. The accommodations were quite acceptable. Rocky Mountain Lodge was very accessible near the entrance of Banff Avenue. A shuttle bus is provided free of charge to the downtown area which added to the convenience.
