Curious soul who is constantly balancing my passion for constant motion with staying present and being grateful for where I am. Based in Richmond, Virginia, but likely daydreaming about a tapas crawl in Madrid!
My Travel Style
As a young traveler, I loved being spontaneous and spending long days pounding the the pavement seeing all the sites, with many food and drink stops along the way. Now, as a mother of three young girls, my travel approach includes a lot of research and planning, but I love to save room for flexibility! My jumping-off point for itineraries is typically the restaurants I want to eat at while I'm in a location. I am equally happy sipping cocktails oceanside as I am urban sightseeing, but I will always be seeking out the local best-kept secrets! I've lived in NYC, New Orleans and Madrid, and now call Richmond, Virginia, home.

Liz made our travel planning so simple and easy and we really enjoyed our trip! I loved how she presented and organized everything for us, and she narrowed things down just enough so that it was easy to make choices and finalize plans. I am normally overwhelmed when I try to plan a trip! We will definitely use her services again!

Liz helped plan our family’s trip to Spain and France this summer and she was such a joy to work with! She promptly responded to inquiries and was organized in a way I am envious of. Beyond great hotels, she had refreshing ideas for possible day trips and special museum tours and, most importantly, unique things to do and places to eat with our two young daughters (which can be a challenge). She feels like an enthusiastic traveler who seems to really enjoy sharing her knowledge with other families.

Hawai'i in general is magical. But Waikiki offers the perfect blend of modern-day conveniences like high-end shopping and great restaurants with truly one of the best beaches for young children. Being able to wake up to a view of Diamond Head looming in the distance, but still have Target within steps for those last-minute travel needs allows for a stress-free and balanced vacation for those traveling with children. And if you’re feeling adventurous, renting a car (or navigating buses) to see some areas outside Honolulu will lead to great payoffs!
