Eliza is amazing. She always makes sure that we are looked after by the hotel, from making sure our room is ready on arrival, to getting the right type of room to accommodate our family. If there has ever been an issue, she is responsive and makes sure it gets fixed. Eliza is outstanding and we trust her with our extensive travel needs. Highly highly highly recommended!

Everything was executed beautifully. It was the first time we really didn’t have to plan or think about what to do next, which can be quite overwhelming when you’re holidaying with two small children. It meant we were able to sit back and relax, with all the planning managed by Eliza. You can really tell how passionate Eliza is about making her guests feel truly special, with all the thoughtful, personal touches along the way. Everything was well thought through and delivered perfectly. My only suggestion would be to add a little more detail to the itinerary regarding what to pack and wear for the more adventurous days out. Other than that, impeccable planning. Thank you so much!
