Eliza is amazing. She always makes sure that we are looked after by the hotel, from making sure our room is ready on arrival, to getting the right type of room to accommodate our family. If there has ever been an issue, she is responsive and makes sure it gets fixed. Eliza is outstanding and we trust her with our extensive travel needs. Highly highly highly recommended!
