Elaine is a wonderful travel advisor! She's pleasant and so easy to talk to. It had been a very long time since I'd been in Vegas, and I just needed a relaxing trip that required minimal effort on my part. When planning my trip, she shared insights from her own more recent visits which made my decisions easy. She listened when I said I needed a 4-star hotel, luxurious spa, room service, and plenty of fine dining options on site. She handled my booking, made all the arrangements and made sure I was aware of all of the comps I was entitled to. Elaine checked in with me shortly after my arrival to ensure all was well and later, she followed up after I returned home. Clearly, this wasn't a big trip but as I plan to go abroad later this year, I will definitely leverage Elaine's extensive travel experience. You won't find a better travel advisor.
