I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with my newly appointed travel advisor, Diamond Durant. From the very beginning, the communication was exceptionally clear, timely, and easy to follow. I highly recommend Diamond Durant. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, two things stood out above all else: the clarity of communication and the quality of the recommendations.

Communication:
 Every step of the planning process was seamless. Diamond explained options without overwhelming me with jargon. Questions were answered within hours (sometimes minutes), and I always knew what to expect next. The itinerary was laid out clearly, with all confirmations, maps, and local tips organized in one easy-to-follow document. I never once felt lost or confused.

Recommendations:
 This is where the real expertise showed. Instead of generic tourist traps, I received personalized suggestions which fit my budget, travel style, and interests. The restaurant picks were spot-on, the hotel was exactly what I asked for (quiet, central, and good value), and even the off-the-beaten-path activities turned out to be the highlights of the trip. It was clear Diamond has deep local knowledge and actually listens to what clients want.

Diamond helped us navigate the difficult logistics in getting to Grenada, as well as subsequent flight changes.

Ms. Durant has great communication skills. She acted swiftly in booking this trip for me. I will highly recommend her to my colleagues in the future as her professionalism is outstanding. Booking my itinerary, hotel stays and activities was very easy with Ms. Durant. She took care of all the details and all I had to do was follow the itinerary which included tour guides and a wonderful busy schedule! It was great. Got to see a lot with the time I had for my stay.
