When we arrived at the Epicurean, we were assigned a room specifically tailored to my location preferences and greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and a personally signed card from the hotel manager! Debra always checks in to see that everything is perfect after we arrive and has always been on top of any situations that needed to be addressed.

Debra is my go-to travel advisor! She never fails to outdo herself and her understanding of exactly what we are looking for and when we need it the most is uncanny! The last few months of the year are always amazingly stressful for me, so it was with great pleasure that I received a timely email from Debra reminding me of one of my favorite places in the Keys.
