He went above and beyond, from coordinating a room upgrade for us to arranging a welcome bottle of champagne and a fruit plate to be delivered to our room upon our arrival. Daniel is extremely responsive and communicative! He was so thorough during the entire process. As a person who likes to control every detail, it was hard to hand over the planning but I’m so happy I did. It made my vacation so much more enjoyable to know the entire trip was in the best hands and I got to sit back and relax. Daniel also informed the hotel we just got engaged which was the most thoughtful gesture and resulted in a lot of sweet details from the staff at the hotel.
