I cannot say enough wonderful things about Courtney. She has completely changed my expectations of what a travel agent should be, and I truly hope your company recognizes what an incredible asset she is.

My family originally booked a vacation with Courtney, but unfortunately, due to my father-in-law’s health, his doctor advised him not to travel. We were absolutely devastated that we had to cancel. Throughout the entire process, Courtney treated us with so much patience, compassion, and kindness. She made an incredibly difficult situation so much easier to navigate, and we will never forget how supportive she was.

Because of the outstanding experience we had with her, we decided to book another vacation—this time just my boyfriend and me. We weren’t sure where we wanted to go, so Courtney took the time to put together multiple destination options, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect trip to Barbados.

What impressed me most was how far above and beyond she went for us. We ran into flight issues, and Courtney worked tirelessly behind the scenes to resolve everything. She truly bent over backwards to make sure our travel experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible. She handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, and I know she did much more than what was expected of her.

Her exceptional customer service didn’t stop once we booked. She checked in to make sure we arrived safely and even followed up after our vacation to see how our trip was. That level of personal care is incredibly rare these days.

I’ve worked with other travel agents before, and I can honestly say Courtney is, without question, the best I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, thoughtful, and truly passionate about taking care of her clients.

Because of Courtney, I won’t use anyone else for future vacations. She has earned my trust and my loyalty, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Employees like her are hard to find.

Courtney did an amazing job finding us the perfect resort for our trip. We only had about three weeks to plan our trip once another trip had fallen through and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The resort is exactly what we were looking for and we knew up front that Courtney had kept us right on budget! All the planning was smooth and well executed!
