My Story
With passport stamps from over 70 countries, I don't just book travel—I engineer immersive, culture-rich experiences centered around connecting humans and discovering truly great food. My expertise comes from hands-on work designing luxury and experiential group and family tours, including world-schooling my son across continents.
Travel Style
My travel style is defined by immersive luxury and purposeful adventure. I don't just visit a place—I seek deep, cultural dives that prioritize authentic connection and unforgettable local experiences. For me, the itinerary always begins with the senses: hunting down the best real foodie gems—the tiny family-run taverna, the market stall with the best churros, or a chef's table showcasing regional heritage.
I gravitate toward boutique accommodations with soul: places that weave local character and history into a truly luxurious stay. Imagine a family-owned luxury safari lodge constructed by the staff that now work there, or a wildlife conservation research center where you dine alongside real scientists. This interplay of comfort, cultural immersion, and responsible engagement is what transforms a trip from a vacation into a profound personal journey. It's about finding the exceptional, ethical, and delicious everywhere I go.

Helpful and efficient - made sure to get me the best possible price. Got helpful feedback on the hotel I was interested in plus proactively contacted them prior to my stay.

Five stars all the way! Connie was very professional, attentive, and responsive despite the very limited selection of hotels due to the Winter Olympics at Milan. 10/10 would recommend!

Connie took care of everything, even a last minute request to make sure my name on my passport matched my name on my reservation (a precaution I requested to avoid having to rely on my marriage cert). She advised us of how the packages worked and what we could expect. She advised us of current deals and what flexibility we had. I 100% will ask her to handle our travel needs in the future!

Beyond the Crowds: A 14 Day “Calving & Coast” Perfect Honeymoon in Tanzania
While the river crossings of peak season (July–September) are iconic, capturing them often requires hours of waiting amidst a “wall” of other vehicles—hardly the secluded romance a honeymoon deserves. I have curated this February itinerary to instead capture the magic of the “Green Season” in the Southern Serengeti plains, where the landscape explodes with life as millions of wildebeest drop their young, offering a rare privilege to watch the drama of predator action without the crowds. The boutique lodges I’ve selected possess a beautiful soul, combining high-end luxury and incredible cuisine with the warmest hospitality—expect to be spoiled with savannah-view bubble baths, private candlelit dinners, and joyful celebratory songs. Tanzania embraces honeymooners like no other country, and visiting during this lush, vibrant window offers the perfect blend of intimacy and adventure. To me, this is simply the best time to experience the Serengeti.

36 Hours in Lima: A Culinary Pilgrimage
Peru, a land synonymous with ancient Incan mysteries and breathtaking Andean landscapes, often sees its capital, Lima, as merely a transit point. However, bypassing this vibrant metropolis would be a culinary disservice. In this trip report inspired by the New York Times series, see why Lima, a gastronomic powerhouse, warrants more than just a simple layover.
