Working with Claire was invaluable! From the trip's inception Claire was so helpful in figuring out what we should even do! I provided the budget, and a few other details (flight time, car seat requirement, interests, etc.) and she ran with it! She is collaborative, thorough, and thoughtful. She gave us a few options to choose from and helped determine which path was right for us. She booked our hotel on our behalf, she ensured we had everything else covered and all of our questions answered. She checked in on us while we were on our trip, and when we got home! We will 100% work with Claire again! Thank you, Claire!

On top of a seamless experience, she surprised us with a very thoughtful welcome note and a bottle of champagne waiting upon arrival, which was such a perfect, personal touch. Working with Claire makes travel planning feel effortless and genuinely delightful.

We travelled to Hawaii from September 1-13 2025 between Maui and Kauai ending off at the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay for our honeymoon, and it was an absolute dream. From the moment we began planning with Claire Ruscitti, we felt completely taken care of. Claire was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, so quick, and proactive - her support allowed us to truly relax, which is no small feat when you're juggling wedding and travel planning at the same time.

Upon all hotel arrivals, we were welcomed with beautifully curated greetings that set the tone for the entire stay. Our rooms exceeded every expectation, not only because of the upgrades, but thanks to the thoughtful touches and delicious treats coordinated by Claire made us feel truly special. We also received a few extra perks and comps that added real value to our experience.

What really made the experience unforgettable though, was the people - the hotel staff and Claire. Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful, and made us feel at home.

As our family grows, we hope to return to Hawaii again and again and will definitely rely on Claire for her expertise!
