It was my first experience with her and it was very positive. She was so friendly and positive, that you could really feel her passion even through the phone. First I explained her what we needed and she was right on to it. After very short time, we received her proposals for the hotels and first suggestions for activities. Her explanations of the hotels were like a virtual trip there. Overall we were deeply impressed!! Once we arrived we found a handwritten welcome card with a personal message. Wow! I told her already, that we will come back to her very soon for the next trip.
