Chantel could not have been more helpful. Not only did she make booking easy, but she helped us find the Townhouse in the first place. Her notes on the hotel made it very easy to make a decision, and she identified it as a great fit for our personal tastes. The hotel staff remembered her as well, and I think she made an already-welcoming staff even more so when dealing with us.

Chantel, as usual, was remarkable. She was responsive and had such a detailed, perfect trip planned for us, and I would not have changed a thing. I love the itinerary that was available for us to use and found it very helpful. I will use her again without a doubt!

Chantel did it again! Our first NYC trip was fantastic and everything worked out seamlessly! The hotel and its location was spot on. The tours were perfectly thought out for each day and the Trip Plans app made things very easy for us to access vouchers/tickets, get directions, and view other leisure activities that were added as a bonus so we wouldn’t get bored. You were such a delight to work with while in the planning process and very communicative but most importantly you took all the stress off of me so I could just enjoy my trip! Anyone reading this review should look no longer and let Chantel plan your destinations

She was very detail-oriented in making sure she chose accommodations, tours and itineraries that matched perfectly with our interests. She worked directly with people on the ground in Athens to get specific questions answered in the planning process. Every detail was carefully planned, and it all went very smoothly.
