Chantel Lanier

From the time we booked our trip until our flight home, Chantel exceeded our expectations. She sent us our itinerary via an app and we followed it to a T. From transportation to and from the airport to our beautiful hotel and to all of our wonderful experiences that she planned for us, including the great restaurants she booked for us ahead of time, it was seamless and so much fun! No detail was to small to be included in our itinerary and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience working with her!

Planning with Chantel was a dream from start to finish! She is extremely knowledgeable about Disney parks and resorts, with no question on my part too silly or small. I appreciated how she familiarized herself with our goals for our trip and helped to maximize the experience, while being cognizant of our preferences and budget. Her responses were always very prompt and thorough. Our whole family had a wonderful trip. We already can’t wait to plan our next trip with her!

Chantel was absolutely fantastic - we could not have done this trip without her. She took care of all of the arrangements directly with the hotel and made sure we weren't overbooking ourselves and could actually relax. Chantel also did an excellent job of identifying hotels for us by listening to our feedback, selecting a handful of options that meshed with our style and the kind of trip we wanted to take, and providing enough detail for us to make a decision without inundating. I can't say enough about what a treat it is to have these things taken care of. When you haven't spent hours and hours making the plans, you can enjoy the activities so much more! Worrying over all the planning in advance can take all the magic out of a trip, especially a special trip like this one. Chantel always communicated promptly and kept track of everything, sending updates and tips along the way. She went above and beyond, working not just with hotels but also local guides to make sure we had the best possible vacation. All we had to do was follow along the gorgeous itinerary she provided and enjoy ourselves!

Chantel could not have been more helpful. Not only did she make booking easy, but she helped us find the Townhouse in the first place. Her notes on the hotel made it very easy to make a decision, and she identified it as a great fit for our personal tastes. The hotel staff remembered her as well, and I think she made an already-welcoming staff even more so when dealing with us.
