Our experience was easy. Communication was also easy. We felt Caroline was accessible if we needed anything.

I had already booked my Disney cruise but was needing some extra support since I was traveling with my daughter who has some special needs. Caroline came highly recommended by a mutual friend, so I called her not knowing how she may be able to help since my cruise was already booked. WOW, she really helped a lot! I asked her to please take over & handle the reservation for me & she did just that. She did all the communication with the cruise line & also helped me make special accommodations for my daughter. Communication that was difficult for me to do on my own but she had direct connection with the cruise line so she was able to get things done! I’m so grateful for her help as she made the process so much easier! I will definitely be using her for all my travel needs, in fact, she is helping us plan an amazing trip to Italy & Switzerland next year! Can’t wait!

Caroline took care of all the details, kept us on track regarding payment, made sure we filled out the required forms and made our journey stress free. She also helped us book the pre cruise option and took care of the hotel and tours for a few days after the cruise ended. She is very detailed oriented and makes sure we stay on track.
