My Story
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia (where my family still lives today), studied at the University of Alabama and now proudly calling Tampa home. For over 10 years, I’ve built a successful career in medical sales, but my true passion has always been travel planning. I’ve explored over 30 countries (and counting!), experiencing everything from rugged backpacking adventures to luxurious five-star getaways across South America, Asia, and beyond.
What excites me most is diving deep into a destination. I love to research its history and culture before I visit, and then fully immerse myself in the local experience when I arrive. This passion has given me a unique ability to design fun, impactful, and unforgettable trips tailored to each traveler’s style. Let me help you plan your next adventure. My Travel Style
My ideal travel day starts with diving right into a destination—wandering the streets, exploring lively markets, popping into hidden antique and art shops, chatting with locals, and, of course, tasting all the amazing local food. To me, the real magic of travel is found in its culture, and the best way to experience that is by living it firsthand. Whether I’m hiking through beautiful natural landscapes or getting lost in the charm of a city, I’m all about creating meaningful moments that turn into lasting memories. I’ve experienced everything from rugged backpacking trips to luxurious five-star escapes, so I know how to plan the perfect journey no matter your style or budget. Whether you’re after an off-the-beaten-path adventure or a relaxing, indulgent getaway, I love creating trips that feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable. Working with Caroline is like having google maps & reviews, a personal concierge, and a best friend all rolled into one. She listens to every detail you want to get out of your trip and plans every piece as if she lived inside your head. From the way you want to travel to the small things you want each hotel to have. Nothing is overlooked. She keeps the vibes on point and the ideas for things to do & places to go so memorable. Traveling with her guidance is like having a backstage pass to the world - exclusive, effortless, and unforgettable. She has the best tips and reminders for packing. And the second a small delay or hiccup happens she texts you to help problem solve or support before you even have the chance to tell her. Seriously, she’s your best friend too!! I truly don’t know how I’d do it without her. I’ve told everyone I know who’s traveling—CALL CARO!!

Caroline was SO wonderful to work with!! She helped us plan the perfect last minute girls trip with only two weeks notice. She was able to find us a really great deal and made sure everything was sorted before and during the trip. On our first day we decided we actually wanted to extend the trip an extra night and Caroline helped book the extra night at the drop of a hat!! She had to jump through some hoops to make sure we were able to stay in that same room and did it all for us so we could enjoy our time on the trip. The whole trip was planned to perfection and having her support was such a big help. Caroline is so organized and responsive, you truly don’t have to worry about anything but showing up! She’s the best. xx
