She booked a wonderful centrally located hotel, the Marcella Royal, with a beautiful rooftop view of Rome, and made sure our rental car pickup was within walking distance. She also sent helpful reminders about traffic rules and suggested getting an international driver’s license, saving us time, stress, and unnecessary fees.
Even after we arrived, Carla stayed in touch to ensure everything was going perfectly, including a thoughtfully chosen three-hour tour that covered all the must-see highlights of Rome.
