Travel Style
I’m all about trips that feel exciting, seamless, and a little bit special. I call them “brain off” trips, where you just get to show up and experience an incredible destination without all the planning and coordinating. Think iconic places, standout experiences, and enough structure to keep things easy with room for spontaneity baked in. I shine when taking big, ambitious travel ideas and turning them into something that actually flows. If you’re dreaming it up but don’t want to map it all out, I’m the advisor for you.

Cali was amazing with coordinating and booking this trip. She was highly responsive before and during the trip, providing a multitude of options for activities and lodging. She did a good job working within our budget and also leaving a good amount of free time in the itinerary for us to have some unstructured wandering. We frequently referred to the itinerary she put together every day of the trip to figure out food/activities and it was incredibly helpful! Cali made this trip significantly less stressful and I recommend her to anyone that talks about planning a trip.

Cali is the best!! She was extremely attentive throughout our entire planning process as well as the trip. As soon as any issue or question came up - she was handling it within 5 minutes. She created a detailed itinerary, provided extreme level of detail to help us make decisions, and even helped me reassure some of the girls in my group who were uneasy about traveling out of the country. She was WAY more than someone who just books your trip and calls it a day, she made our trip a priority every step of the way and I would 100/10 recommend her to anyone planning a solo or a group trip for added peace of mind and organization!

Cali gave us three options and we went with the Victoria due to its easy parking and breakfast. Everything was done seamlessly and check-in and check-out were a breeze!

Cali was the most perfect travel agent to help me plan this trip to Ireland for my parents and me! We were all so incredibly impressed with everything she did for us. I came to Cali with nothing—no idea what to do or where to stay. We were going to Ireland for a wedding and wanted to travel around the country after, but didn't know where to start. Cali was very communicative, responsive, and approachable. She created an amazing itinerary from scratch and helped us pick places to stay, activities, tours, meals, and more. She helped us choose the hotels by providing options with many details about what each would entail. The hotels we chose fit exactly what we were looking for, and every tour was top-notch. Even when a tour was cancelled five days before it was supposed to happen, I emailed Cali about it and she was on it immediately and sent me other options to replace the canceled tour, then booked it for us right away once I gave approval. I knew she was dependable and I could count on her for any situation. Cali went above and beyond for my family—she printed our itinerary and travel guide in a nicely bound booklet that was shipped to us before departure. My mom was incredibly appreciative of this as she always loves to have a hard copy of things. In addition, Cali also sent me daily emails reminding me what we were doing that day with confirmations and bookings attached for easy access to the day's tours/activities. I was SO nervous about planning this trip, but once I got in contact with Cali, she made the process so incredibly seamless and easy. I am so thankful for her guidance and everything she did for us, as we truly had the most perfect trip! Everywhere we went, whether it was an activity, tour, admission, or checking in and out of the hotels, my parents and I would constantly be saying "Wow, Cali did a GREAT job!" There was never any issue, but if there was, I knew that I could count on Cali to help me. I highly suggest her services to anyone who is looking to plan a trip, especially with families of mixed-age groups because she really does take everyone's trip desires into account. Booking with Cali was a breeze and she made the process painless and uncomplicated. Not once was I frustrated or overwhelmed and it was so amazing to see the trip play out exactly as we had planned. It is clear that Cali does her research on EVERYTHING to make the perfect trip, with travel tips, suggestions, and more. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we are forever grateful for the major part she played in helping my family create amazing memories on our trip!
