Caitlyn was so efficient and responsive to all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she inquired and got the answer in short order. It was a difficult locale to secure lodging because of New Year’s and a short timeframe in which to book, but she wouldn’t give up in researching and offering many options.

Really appreciated this suggested hotel choice and the perks made it even more appealing. I also appreciated how Caitlyn offered nearby restaurants, a food market, and some nearby sites to consider. She hit the mark 110% with this offering.
