Ms. Gregory provided all the necessary information needed for my first cruise. She was available to answer my questions, provided documents with quick tips and FAQs. She made sure all my travel plans were confirmed and that I had lodging the night before the cruise. And encouraged me to purchase excursions and other packages prior to sailing.

Brittany went over and beyond for me. There was a issue with my booking, and we lost our reservation. She immediately figured out what happened and took care of the situation. She Also Recommended the hotel that we stayed at And it was a great experience and a great choice. She did great!!!
