Briana was amazing. Her attention to detail, communication and effort to work within our budget was outstanding. she gave us multiple alternatives for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as our excursions. We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and she also worked with the hotel to arrange a special surprise of champagne and fruit bowl sent over to our room which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I have to give an abundance of kudos to our personal travel concierge, Briana. She stayed in contact from the time we were planning the trip, until two weeks after we got back. Her attention to detail was above superlative. We were celebrating a special anniversary and Briana made sure to be in constant contact with the resort management to ensure that our entire experience was "once in a lifetime". I know for a fact, that Briana will be handling my travel excursions from here on out.

My booking experience with Briana was very smooth. She communicated effectively and in a timely manner. She also listened to all my do's and all my don'ts. Which led her to finding the perfect hotel and making my trip everything and more I expected it to be. I am more than satisfied with my experience with Briana.
