Brett coordinated our cruise trip through the Panama Canal. He was easy to work with. He did a great job coordinating and communicating before and throughout the trip. He made sure we were aware of the transportation/driver for each leg of our trip to/from our cruise ship.

Our Brilliant Lady MerMaiden Cruise
We really enjoyed the "MerMaiden" voyage on The Brilliant Lady! It was our first time sailing on Virgin Voyages, and the ship was sailing her first time out of Miami to the Caribbean. She is bright and shiny and has a wonderful crew to match!
