Brenda was so pleasant to work with and was very responsive and prompt to all our questions and needs. From the very start, she offered valuable suggestions and guidance that made our trip planning so much easier and less stressful. Planning a trip and all the steps getting to and from our final destination overseas such as visas, flight information, airport transportation, hotel reservations and upgrades, tours, dinner reservations, etc., can be very challenging; and she navigated it all so well. Our trip went so smoothly, even with the coup in Nepal! We were very happy with our guide in Kathmandu; and it was nice to have him show us around during our layover too. He was with us during the coup and even took us out for a delicious local lunch the next day. I would definitely recommend him too.

Overall it was a great trip; and we really enjoyed working with Brenda—very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. She is helping us with our next trip to Japan; and we will definitely use her for future trips and recommend her to our friends.

Brenda is always extremely helpful and picks out the perfect hotels. Each one is more memorable than the next.

We had seen photos of the hotel online, and Brenda confirmed that the overall experience would be great. She was right! Brenda was extremely helpful. We planned our trip only one week before traveling. She coordinated with the hotel to book massages in the spa, as well as offered terrific suggestions for dining out in Oslo. She helped us organize our agenda to maximize two full days in town. I highly recommend working with Brenda.

Brenda thought of every detail we needed to make our stay seamless. She is a pleasure to work with, communicates exceptionally well, and makes sure even the smallest details are planned in advance.

Brenda made sure that all of us were able to experience what was special to each of us. This was no small task but Brenda is a pro and succeeded with grace, and a cheerful demeanor always. Would I go again - in a heartbeat...next time let's see some KPop too.
