Bee was a great communicator and answered all of our questions. We had a slight mix up with transportation but Bee was able to help us resolve the issue quickly. Can’t wait to work with her in the future!

Bee was fabulous! We got a room upgrade to Ocean view (an open surprise). She was able to arrange for our transportation to and from the resort and working with her and her team made things seamless. I really appreciate her help, guidance, and expertise and will be coming back to the resort as well!!!
