Annie truly thought of every little detail! From getting us a stunning room that fit the needs of our family to placing a framed photo of our family inside (and having snacks in-room upon arrival after our very long drive), she had a huge hand in ensuring we had a great trip. She provided so many recommendations ahead of time so that we didn’t have to do any planning once there, and we just got to be present and enjoy our trip!

My husband and I recently traveled to NYC for a few days, mid week. We have traveled back and forth to the city many times, and even stayed at The Ludlow Hotel before. All have been good experiences. However, this trip, I booked my hotel through Annie Goldman @thegoldenway_ and it was noticeably better. The Ludlow Hotel does not have valet and Annie was instrumental in getting us the information we needed in order to ease our anxiety about parking in the city. It was seamless based on prior planning. When we checked in, we were given an upgraded corner room with amazing views! Waiting for us was a very thoughtful and appropriate welcome amenity. We received a note, a bottle of red wine and a gift card to Katz’s deli, which is half a block from the hotel. We enjoyed it ALL! Annie assisted us in securing our dining reservations, including those that are typically difficult to get. She took into account the parameters we had regarding accessibility. We did not have one bad meal! The night before we were to leave, we decided to stay an extra night if the hotel was available. Annie made the arrangements for us, which I really appreciated. I had always used a travel advisor when traveling abroad or when traveling to unfamiliar destinations. This experience showed me that using an advisor for shorter, familiar trips has its perks. The same seamless service and worry free travel can be applied to EVERY trip you take and is so worth it!! Thank you Annie!!
