The Big Island of Hawaii is the youngest and largest of the Hawaiian Islands. It is packed with so much beauty that it can easily overwhelm the senses. From snow-capped mountains to black sand beaches, white sand beaches, jungle, desert and volcanoes, the Big Island has more climates than any other place in the world.

The Kona Coast is the driest and sunniest side of the Big Island, and it's home to some of the best beaches in Hawaii.

Reykjavik, Iceland's capital city, is a wonderful winter destination for families. With its stunning scenery, unique culture and abundance of child-friendly activities, there's something for everyone to enjoy. I created this itinerary for my clients traveling to Reykavik in December with their two kids ages nine and five with the perfect amount of adventure and relaxation ideal for adults and kids.

Chances are you have heard of Il Pellicano or seen the tote bags in the shoulders of some of the most well traveled. For over 50 years, Il Pellicano has attracted socialites, movie stars and royalty to its cliffside Tuscan resort.

Inspired by the photographs of Slim Aarons, I wanted to see the magic and experience it for myself. We planned our mini honeymoon around our stay in this resort but we also wanted to visit the vineyards of some of our favorite wines.

Piedmont is in Italy’s northwest corner, bordering Switzerland and France, and with the regions of Lombardy and Liguria as neighbors on the Italian side. Travelers can fly directly into the Torino airport or Milan airport - Milan Malpensa is a 2-hour drive away.

Modena is a city in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy that is known for its delicious food, its rich motor racing heritage, and beautiful historic center. Foodies around the world flock to the city for Massimo Bottura's Osteria Francescana, which was twice ranked as the best restaurant in the world. Modena is also home to the Ferrari Museum. This itinerary explores the city's slow food and fast cars.

It's no secret that the French capital is a gastronomic and fashion heaven. This itinerary hits the classic bistros, Michelin restaurants, some of the best cocktails, a little dose of art and plenty of shopping in the city of lights.
