Ann Tan

Ann is a superstar. She understands the wants and needs of her clients and finds the best options for them. She picked ideal restaurants and experiences for us that matched our preferences perfectly. When the rare thing went awry — completely outside her control — she rectified them immediately. I have sent many of my friends to her for booking their dream vacations, and all have had an experience similar to mine. Ann loves traveling, and it shows.

Ann did an amazing job planning this trip for our family. She communicated in a very timely manner, and responded to all our asks immediately. She was very proactive in booking several tours and restaurants for us, which made our lives so much easier, exactly what we needed for our first bigger city trip with our three kids (10, 8, 6). She got us reservations in some of the city's best restaurants, providing an amazing culinary experience. thanks, Ann!

As usual, Ann did a great job at choosing the perfect hotel for us.

As usual everything was perfect. The reservations and tour she booked with us were perfect, and everything we needed was available in the app. For future travelers, the only extra tip I'd recommend is to have the name and address of the hotel in Thai because there was a slightly bigger language barrier in Thailand (though it wasn't bad) and for some reason both of us had Internet issues (thanks, Google Fi).
